Smithy’s tale book 3 by Judah
Smithy stared at the hatchling for a couple of minutes then asked Watcher when he was going to tame the dragon.
“Not until it’s fully grown” Said Watcher “Otherwise it’s just a waste of fish.”
Smithy nodded and said, “Should I make it a saddle?”
Watcher nodded and began walking away.
“Where are you going?” Smithy asked.
“To the storerooms to get an ink sack, a stick, some leather, and paper.” Immediately Smithy knew what was going on.
“You want to start a journal now?” he asked. Watcher smiled
“I’m tracking its progress so we can figure out what it needs” A minute later Watcher returned with a leather-bound book and a quill. He immediately sat down and began writing. Smithy ran up the stairs and stomped into his room in his house. He began rifling through his chest finally he pulled out his leather that he had gotten two days ago and went over to his crafting table. Soon there was a saddle all ready to go. Smithy went over to Mapper and asked him everything he knew about dragons. Mapper told him about ender crystals which were crystals that rested on tall pillars made of obsidian which was created when lava and water connected and gave the ender dragon health, Endermen which were tall shadowy creatures and teleported and lived in the End and didn’t attack unless they were attacked or starred in the eye, the End which was a giant island floating in the void made out of yellow end stone, Dragon eggs which the dragon dropped when it died, Supernovas which the dragon exploded into, and most importantly Wither dragonmen which were withers who rode ender dragons. Normally Mappers lectures were boring but this one Smithy listened intently. When Mapper was done Smithy thanked him and went to Watcher. When he got there and told of what he learned Watcher said nothing. Finally he spoke.
“Times are getting more dangerous than usual. That attack was no normal attack. We must get the dragon ready. Smithy, go organize some patrols, first to the Nether to get blaze powder. The powder is created by blaze rods which are dropped by blazes when they die. Blazes are giant yellow logs with yellow rods all around its body. The second patrol will go throughout the Far lands killing endermen for their ender pearls which allow you to teleport and will allow you to create eyes of ender which allow you to make End portals and ender crystals.The third patrol will go to the desert to get sand to craft into glass. Once the three patrols are gone come back to me.”
Smithy nodded and left the room.
After the patrols left he came back and Watcher said “I’m going to the Overworld to find a good spot for the final battle ok.”
Smithy nodded.
“Good,” said Watcher and left.
Smithy sat there for a while, then the dragon climbed onto his lap and licked him. Smithy smiled and curled up next to the dragon and fell asleep.
When Smithy woke up Watcher was back. “Gameknight999 has found a perfect spot. In the Nether on his server there’s a giant lava lake and in the middle there is an island made out of glow stone which is a block in the Nether that is yellow and covered in light. Tomorrow we will make a bridge to the lava lake. Some of us will stay behind, When the monsters come when most are on the bridge each side will throw some lighted TNT on their side. Monsters will die and the remaining will be stuck on the bridge. We will use the rest off the TNT to destroy the bridge and the only ones remaining will be some endermen who can teleport out of the lava and the monsters of the Nether who are immune to fire and we can easily destroy them with our arrows.” Smithy was amazed at the plan.
“That’s so cool” he said
“Not for the Monsters who will be stuck in lava,” joked Watcher.
Smithy giggled and, exhausted, went back to sleep. When he woke up the rest of the village was gone. Smithy and his friends remained. Smithy was glad that it was quiet and walked to his house when he got to his room he found the eye of searching on his bed. With it was a note

Smithy put it on and immediately he saw a giant battle taking place. Unfortunately the endermen had carried blocks to the lake and it was all filled up except for a small patch in the center. Watcher was fighting furiously but for every monster he took down three villagers went with it. Just then Smithy had an idea quickly he grabbed Watcher’s second favorite sword and leaped to a full grown dragon. Without enough time to figure out the mystery Smithy ran to fetch his saddle and some diamond armor for Smithy was about to save the far lands.
