Here’s a sample of my book Dragon boy and the quest for the sheath. I think you’ll like it.

He was walking across the street. Not walking, flying. Great silver wings flapped on either side of him. A giant head stretched out in front of him. The streets were packed with people. They were all walking towards the town square. The town devil was on a giant platform. He said something and Snake saw his friends and about fifteen other boys walk out onto the stage. Snake leaped off whatever it was and joined the boys. The devil said something and as if by an invisible force Snake leaped at a boy his sword ready. The swords clashed in the morning sunlight. All around the square Snake could see other people clashing swords. Snake easily knocked the sword out of his opponent’s hand and waited for another winner. Once one of the boys flung the sword from another boy’s hand, Snake kicked the boy to the ground and wrenched his sword out of his hand. This went  on for a while until the only boys with a sword were Snake, his friends, and Snakes enemy Aiden. Snake charged Aiden but Aiden had already struck Sam’s sword. So Snake went to Bill. Luckily for him his friends wanted him to win so he tore through them like butter. Soon it was just Snake and Aiden. Snake lifted his sword but Aiden sent it flying out of his hand. Aiden said something and all the people charged Snake. Just then his friends charged into the fray throwing swords this way and that. Snake ran to help them but the dragon he was flying earlier blocked him. Snake tried to climb over it but the second he had grabbed a spike the dragon took off bursting through the grassy ceiling into the night.
