Hands Up
Despite its location, Dots Donut Shop was about to get
famous……
*RING RING RING* Annies phone rang.
“Hello…” Annie answered.
“Hi we have a situation…” Maggie replied back to Annie.
“Ok I’ll be right there…. Oh wait where are you?” Annie mumbled
back.
“I’m at the treehouse,” Maggie replied.
Annie hung up the phone, grabbed her jacket, and ran out the
door.
“Oh, hey Annie…Where are you going?” I questioned.
“Oh I’m going to the treehouse, we have a situation.. Come
on Meg,” Annie replied back.
So now Annie and I were Sprinting to the treehouse….5
minutes later…… “We are here..” I told Maggie breathing heavily.
“Ok someone painted on the back of the treehouse and we
don’t have enough money to pay for the new wood….What are
we gonna do?” Maggie rushed through pacing back and forth.
Earlier that evening…. “Hahah” Chuck quietly laughed while
spray painting a picture on the back of the treehouse then Chuck
thought “ Why am I doing this even though they are mean to me
and they are nice to everyone else, two wrongs don’t make a
right. Oh well they deserve this for being mean to the best bank
robber in the WORLD” “HAHAHA” Chuck laughed evillike.
Chuck
saw a light turn on in Maggie’s house “What is going on out
there?” Maggie sleepily wondered walking out to her back yard
“UH” Maggie Screeched.
“Ok..ok calm down….WAIT I have an idea…” I shouted WAY
too loud.
“Ok… What is it.”Maggie and Annie screamed at the same
exact time.
“Wait do you know how to make donuts?” I asked Maggie
and Annie.
“I do,” Annie answered.
“No” Maggie confessed
“Ok we can work with that…” I exclaimed.
“WORK WITH WHAT…?” Annie and Maggie Screamed.
“Oh yeah I forgot to tell you my idea..My bad… but we can
set up a donut shop from that old building down the street from
here.” I finally explained. “Oh and Maggie you would be the
cashier.” I finished.
“Wait.. how will we deliver the donuts?” Maggie asked me.
“Oh I have a friend that just moved to the neighborhood.. His
name is Chuck…” I answered back.
“Ok let’s get started” Annie quietly murmured.
Annie, Maggie and I headed to the old market that was down the
street from the treehouse, suddenly there was a stop.
“We need to get baking supplies, chairs and glass for the
display.” Maggie told us.
“Ok, I will get that stuff.” Annie Answered.
Maggie and I headed to the shop, while Annie want to the public
market…
“10 minutes have passed and we still don’t any customers”
Maggie angrily exclaimed.
Chuck arrived to the shop with a bag of money, “Here we
can use this money I “saved up” for the repairs. Chuck mentioned
nervously.
“Ummm….ok sounds good let’s get to wo”
“COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!” The police called out.
“What did we do?” Annie questioned walking out the door
putting her hands up.
Chuck didn’t come out the door and at that moment I knew
that something was up.
“We didn’t do anything,” Maggie told the police repeatedly.
“Wait where did that chuck guy go?” The police asked us.
Chuck was running toward the end of the city.
“STOP CHUCK WAIT….” I yelled.
In a few seconds….BOOOOOOOM!!! Chuck was hit by a
train. Everybody was shocked and the cops were disappointed in
him because he didn’t stop before the train tracks and look to see
if anything was coming.
“Well our work here is done we shall collect the money he
stole from the bank and help you guys with your donut shop,” The
officer nicely mentioned.
“I wanted to grab a donut but Chuck committed a crime and
we had to chase him down, so now it’s time to grab a donut.. And
remember if you need the money to repair your shop we will help,
oh and we will tell the mayor too.” the other officer exclaimed.
Chapter 2
The Mayor Repairs
The officers, Annie, Maggie and I walked back to “Dots Donut
Shop” to grab a donut and because the officers are giving us an
award we are giving them each a free donut.
“Hello sillvill I have an announcement Maggie, Annie, And
Meg are town heroes they saved the banks money from CHUCK”
“HUH” the town screeched “I know I know, It was a disaster
especially because he wasn’t new to the neighborhood” ‘HUH” the
town wailed again “I know because he was disguised as an old
lady” the mayor explained. “HUH” The town yelled again.
1 year later….. “Ok we need 500 chocolate with honey
donuts.” Maggie yelled to Annie in the back of the shop.
“Ok when do we need that done?” Annie and I asked
Maggie.
“By Monday….. And remember today is Friday.” Maggie
replied back to us.
And on that day I now know Dot’s donut shop was the most
famous location in SillVill history…..Despite it’s location.
